HR-Specialist Tech / Tech Talent Acquisition Researcher

As a Tech Researcher you will find and attract the right tech talents from all over the world. You have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates. You are looking for and finding competent candidates and you succeed in convincing them of the opportunities within Business Tech. To reach the right target groups, new thinking is needed in search and networking.

In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have good experience from research within Tech. You are curious and like to take responsibility. A systematic and structured way of working is natural for you and you also have an easy way to communicate with, inspire and engage candidates. You are passionate about meeting new people and building relationships. You explore and map the tech talent market and you can work proactively with talent pools/pipelines for key roles within Business Tech.

We see that you are self-driven, structured, accurate and used to handle many recruits at the same time. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. You are updated on the talent landscape on a global market. Of course, you act as an ambassador for the company.

In this assignment you need to have good experience in Tech recruiting/searching for different engineering roles such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineer, Technical Engineer and Product Owners.

You will be part of a team with focus on a specific Domain area within Business Tech. You will together with the team set and drive the plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the recruitment goal for year 2020.

 The persons we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:

• Great experience in recruiting / searching Tech profiles
• Master fluent English in speech and writing
• Merit to have experience in agile working methods

Hyruppdragets omfattning och process

Interimsuppdraget är på 100% 2020.10.05–2021.06.30. Under uppdraget är du anställd eller underkonsult via Interim Marketing Solutions med placering enligt överenskommelse.
