For the Marketing & Portfolio Breakfast team we are searching for a Brand & Portfolio Manager

Brand and Portfolio Manager

The Brand and Portfolio Manager, Breakfast own brands like AXA and Start!, portfolio strategy and activation. Responsible for setting the portfolio, marketing and activation strategy per channel and country (ex. Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).

To be succesful in the position you need to cover a wide range of experties. Your social and communicativ skills open up dialog cross departments and on different levels and make your work and for the ones you interact with smoth and business smart.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance, optimization and development of the portfolio
  • Own brand marginality, new product development roadmap and business cases
  • Responsible to identify areas of growth within current portfolio and its adjacent areas
  • Responsible to drive product development projects in partnership with Innovation and Country Management teams.
  • Own brand equities and communication platforms
  • Own the Brand Manual and packaging design
  • Set strategic marketing plans for new and existing products in all channels (Business to consumer, Food service and Business to business)
  • Responsible for PL Strategy
  • Be the expert of in-market performance for Cerealia and competitors, as well as consumer behavior and trends in category
  • Work closely with customer development /FS to secure unified point of view on strategy and cross-channel perspective
  • Work closely with trade marketing manager and Sales (FS and B2C) to secure a unified 360 approach on communication
  • Own briefing of marketing objectives and set media plans together with media manager
  • Work closely together with Supply Chain and production, including knowledge regarding top-level production pre-requisites, capabilities, limitations, complexity drivers etc.

Competence Requirements

Education

  • Master degree in business administration or equivalent

Experiences

  • Relevant experience in marketing is mandatory
  • Relevant experience in sales is an advantage
  • Product or brand/ trade management experience in multinational FMCG companies
  • Project management skills and hands on experience: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality business results.

  • Able to cover and handle multiple stake holders different wishes and lead towards a common ground in portfolio strategy and Business Plan.
  • Strong business orientation and ability to make things happen to drive decisions and actions.
  • Analytical skills and structured way-of-working, able to think strategically and analytically as well as efficient in hands on execution.
  • Active listener
  • Strong team player and collaborative in his/her approach.
  • Passionate about consumers and shoppers.
  • Role model in Lantmännen and Cerealia values (openness, drive, holistic view)

Omfattning och förutsättningar

Tillsvidareanställning på 100% med placering i Stockholm men tillsvidare på distans. Tillträde till uppdraget sker snarast möjligt enligt överenskommelse med hänsyn till nuvarande anställning/uppdrag.
