Writer/Editor Consultant

Are you experienced in crafting and delivering impactful and to-the-point messaging across a variety of platforms?

We’re a global Swedish company seeking a native-English level writer/editor consultant. You’ll support the Head of IT Communications and HR Director with communications initiatives for the Global IT department.

We’re looking for an experienced communications specialist who will create, produce and publish a wide variety of internal/external communications.

Based in Stockholm, you’ll join a small, agile team of storytellers who are passionate about sustainable tech, diversity, impeccable grammar and strategy-aligned, error-free communications.

You’ll be needed in our Stockholm office for meetings and collaborative sessions, but remote work is also a possibility. A self-starter who understands that feedback and re-writes are part of the game, you’ll be writing original content, as well as providing copy-editing support and general project management activities related to content. This is a part-time (50%) opportunity.


· Write/edit content across multiple channels (internal and external)

· Edit and maintain content on intranet and SharePoint sites

· Create and distribute emails and newsletters

· Create PowerPoint presentations

· Contribute to social media content production

· Collaborate closely with the editors across departments


· Strong editorial background and copy-editing skills

· Experience adhering to editorial and technical style guides

· Experience working on multiple projects at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Comfortable with frequent cross-functional and senior management contact

· Native-English level

· A positive, proactive, and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

· Experience with digital editorial publishing systems (CMS) and intranets

· Knowledge of Adobe CS, Canva or video editing is a plus


Interim assignments starts as soon as possible and lasts for 12 months 50% per month.

We will have a flexible approach where you can vary office work and distance. No travel is required outside Stockholm.
