Interim Senior Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has opened at Lantmännen Cerealia for an Interim Senior Financial Controller to join us at our office in Stockholm. This is a temporary assignment, reporting directly to the CFO of Lantmännen Cerealia. You will also be a member of the Cerealia Finance Leadership Team, collaborating with highly engaged colleagues and be part of the Lantmännen Group Finance community.

What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to take responsibility for Cerealia’s financial controlling agenda. In this role, you will ensure high-quality financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, tax, and internal control processes across the division. You will also be the trusted advisor and key contact for all finance-related matters within your scope.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure accurate and timely group accounting and consolidation, fully compliant with IFRS and group policies.
Drive the monthly and annual reporting processes, delivering high-quality reports and analysis..
Lead treasury operations, including hedging, liquidity management, and capital structure optimization.
Oversee tax compliance and internal control frameworks, to ensure robust governance
Serve as the primary point of contact for countries, group functions, and external stakeholders in financial reporting, treasury, and hedging matters.

You have:

An academic degree in business administration or accounting.
Extensive experience in group accounting, consolidation, treasury, tax, and internal control.
Solid expertise in IFRS and external reporting requirements.
Preferably experience from industries such as FMCG or production in an international context.
Experience from navigating and influencing within a multi-country organization with a group structure.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Swedish, both written and spoken.

About the Assignment

Assignment duration: 6 months.

Scope of the assignment: 100%.

Start of the assignment: Immediately.

You will operate as a subcontractor or be employed through Interim Marketing Solutions for the duration of the assignment. As an employed interim consultant, you will be offered attractive terms and conditions including a gross salary, pension contributions equivalent to ITPK, private healthcare insurance, health insurance, wellness allowance, and accrual of vacation days each month.
